Adjust CSS filter values visually — brightness, contrast, saturation, hue-rotate, blur, sepia and more. Stack multiple filters and copy the ready-to-use CSS filter property instantly.
The CSS filter property applies graphical effects to an element and everything inside it. Multiple filters can be chained in one declaration — order matters, as each filter operates on the output of the previous one. blur() is GPU-accelerated but can be expensive on large areas; adding will-change: filter promotes the element to its own composite layer. For blurring only the background behind an element (not the element itself), use backdrop-filter instead. The drop-shadow() filter follows the element's alpha channel, making it suitable for PNGs and irregular shapes — unlike box-shadow which is always rectangular.
